<p>I am doing a guest post for Kurt’s Blog to share with you ways a triage call service can bring value to your organization and help support your growth efforts. We do this by helping hospice and home care companies build there infrastructure to support growth. Hospice-On-Call’s value propositions to a hospice and home care company are as follows:</p>
<ol>
<li>Help alleviate staff burn-out by preventing staff nurses from having to take call. This allows the organization to focus these precious resources of patient care and growth related activities.</li>
<li>The Hospice-On-Call staff are invested in making sure a complete and thorough triage assessment is done before any actions are taken, i.e. sending a runner out to the patient, suggesting an Emergency Department visit, etc.</li>

<li>Assist improve outcome measures, i.e. satisfaction measures, etc.</li>

<p>These five value propositions help strengthen the organizations over all operation which assist create a culture of growth and the needed infrastructure to support servicing more people and growing!</p>
<p>Positive growth occurs when an organization has a solid productive base of nurses which is the back-bone of any hospice and home care company.
