My in depth experience in hospice, home care and hospitals provides me a wealth of knowledge, expert resources and problem solving ability.
I hope you will join me in this journey to explore ways to grow your business and deliver extraordinary care. Your personal stories and insights will be valuable to all readers. If you have a topic you would like to discuss, please let me know. I welcome and encourage your comments and questions and look forward to hearing from you.

When I present to an audience, everyone wants to know how to grow their census while providing or enhancing exceptional care. I am frequently asked what type of hospice or acute care business plan do I advocate? What marketing and sales strategies work? And which fail? Ooops, no failures, only learning experiences. I have had lots of those.

I have discovered and I consistently implemented seven foundational pillars for growing census; aka The 7 Pillars of Growth. Those pillars are:

Creating a Culture of Growth. It all starts here.

Moving the needle on the referral inquiry to admission conversion rate

Maximizing your Medical Director (s) investment

Sales team skill sets development: “Happy Feet On The Street”

Successfully executing 11 tactics in a “Hospital Tool Kit”

The Do’s and Don’ts of developing the physician’s office referral channel

Understanding and executing on the value propositions for Senior Living Communities

In my next posts, we will examine the “Invisible Velvet Glove On The Spigot of Growth” phenomena and its impact on Creating a Culture of Growth.
The post Welcome to my New Adventure first appeared on Kurt Kazanowski .
